3. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

3.1 With Other Users — Core Platform Function

When you register as a Seller, certain information is made publicly visible on the Platform to facilitate connections with Buyers:

  • Business name, city/state, business type, contact number, and email (as provided)
  • Listing descriptions, photographs, and pricing
  • Seller badge, verification status, and profile information

When a Buyer submits an enquiry, the Buyer's name, company, contact number, email, and message are shared with the relevant Seller. This is the core function of the Platform.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform. All such providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us:

  • Cloud Hosting Providers (data storage and server infrastructure)
  • Payment Gateway Providers (subscription billing and invoicing)
  • Email and SMS Service Providers (transactional and marketing communications)
  • Analytics Providers (Google Analytics, usage tracking)
  • Customer Support Tools

3.3 For Legal Compliance

5. Data Security

5.1 Security Measures

5.2 Limitation

In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause harm to Users, we will notify affected Users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law.

5.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Do not share your login credentials. Log out of your account when using shared devices.

7. Children's Privacy

eventmhub.com is a B2B platform intended exclusively for use by businesses and adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered on the Platform, we will immediately delete their account and associated data.
